Organizational details

We provide vehicles and buses of different categories depending on the number of passengers:

1–3 passengers — passenger car
1–7 passengers — minivan
1–21 passengers — Sprinter minibus
1–55 passengers — tourist coach

Upon request, executive-class vehicles are also available:
Mercedes S-Class, V-Class, or Sprinter LUX Jet.

Passenger pick-up

At the address

Free waiting time included — 15 minutes.

At the airport

Free waiting time included — 1 hour.
The driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name sign.

Luggage

The total length, width, and height of standard luggage must not exceed 158 cm.
Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage.

If you have additional luggage, please contact us in advance.
Please also inform us if you are traveling with oversized or special items such as
skis or snowboards, bicycles, baby strollers, wheelchairs, large suitcases,
golf bags, etc.

Our manager will advise you on the most suitable vehicle class.

If you are traveling with a child

A child of any age is considered a passenger
Children under 10 years of age must travel in a child seat — 1 seat is provided free of charge
Second and subsequent child seats are available for an additional fee (€5 per seat)

When booking, please inform us if you require a child seat
and specify the age of each child.
