1. Who we are
pokataem.com (“Pokataem”, “the site”) is an information and aggregator service that shows tours by our partners and car rental offers. This policy explains what data is processed when you visit the site, why, and how you can control it.

2. What we do NOT collect
There are no sign-up, enquiry, comment or payment forms on the site. We do not ask for or store your name, phone number, email address, ID or payment details.
3. Data processed automatically
We use the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC). Using cookies, it automatically receives technical data: IP address and approximate location (city); device type, operating system, browser and screen size; pages viewed, link clicks, time on site and referrer; the Metrica cookie ID. We only see this as aggregated statistics and do not use it to identify you.
4. Why
To understand which destinations and tours are interesting to visitors, find errors and improve the site. The data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
5. Partners: booking and payment
When you press “Book” or choose a car, the booking is made with our partner — Sputnik8 (tours) or Localrent (car rental). Any details you enter when booking (name, contacts, payment) are received and processed by the partner under its own privacy policy. Pokataem does not receive this data. Some tour photos load directly from our partners’ servers.
6. Data in your browser
The site stores your colour theme, the cookie notice acknowledgement and your Favourites in your browser (localStorage). This data never reaches our server and is removed when you clear your browser data.
7. How to opt out
Disable or delete cookies in your browser settings (the site keeps working), install the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on, or write to viktor.turushukov@yandex.ru.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page; the date is shown at the top.
