1. What Pokataem is
pokataem.com is an information website. We bring together tours by local guides listed on Sputnik8 and offers from local rental companies via Localrent. The site is not a tour operator, travel agent or rental company and does not provide tours or rentals itself.
2. Booking and payment
Booking, payment, changes and cancellations are handled by the partner under its own terms. The service contract is between you and the guide, organiser or rental company via the partner. Questions about orders, refunds and service quality are handled by the partner’s support team.
3. Prices and information
Descriptions, photos, prices, schedules and availability come from our partners and are updated automatically. Final prices and terms are shown by the partner at the time of booking. Visa, licence and local rules information is for reference only.
4. Affiliate commission
Booking links are affiliate links: if you book, the partner may pay us a commission. Your price stays the same as on the partner’s website.
5. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the actions of partners, guides or rental companies, the quality of their services, or any loss arising from the use of information on the site.
6. Privacy and contacts
